Adding an app to a Shopify theme

1. From the "1. Enable an app in a theme" section of the TOP page, select the theme you wish to add the app in.

2. Click "Access"

3. Click "Add Section"

4. From the drop-down menu, in the Apps section, select the app named 'Author Profile' to add to the page or click the Search bar and enter some text to search through your installed apps.

5. Optional: move the app section to the place you want it on the page.

6. Click Save.

Customize the design of your author profile

1. Click "Customize" in the "2. Customize Design" section of the TOP page

2. Adjust the design on the Customize Design page

3. Click "Save"

Registering Author Information

1. Click "Add Author" in the "3. Add Authors" section of the TOP page

2. Click "Add author" in the Authors page

3. Fill in the required information on the Author profile page

4. Click "Save"

Tie the author to the blog post

1. Click "Apply author" in the "4. Apply the author" section of the TOP page.

2. Select the blog post to which you want to apply the author on the Blog posts page

3. Click "Apply author"

4. Select the author you want to apply from the pop-up window

5. Click "Apply author"
