Why isn't my profile picture displayed?

There are three possible causes

1. the author is not associated with the content

In the above case, please apply the author to the content for which you want to display author profile and check again.

2. you have not added an author app to your Shopify theme

Please go to the customization screen of the Shopify theme you are using, add the "Author" app, and check again.

3. the status of the "Author" app you added to your Shopify theme is "disabled

 Please check if the "eye icon" of the "Author" app on the theme editor is grayed out.
